The Bureau of Justice Statistics reported in 2015, that between 1980 and 2014, incarcerated women in the United States increased by more than 700%. Women offenders often face a lot of challenges in life prior to imprisonment that compound their already burdensome circumstances such as rape, domestic violence, abandonment and homelessness.

Origins of Femininity Inc. believes that providing opportunity and possibility to our low income and disadvantage youth of our communities.  In order to provide the best quality mentorship programs and services we need the help of others.

Our youth mentorship program was developed for young ladies ages 14-21.  Your donations help with program administrative costs, field trips and a variety of leadership and life skill development experiences.

Sometimes it is the most basic things that limit your ability to compete in the corporate world or build the foundation for branching out and starting your own business endeavors.  Often something as basic as a desktop computer or laptop can make all the difference in the world.  Computers open up doors to a wealth of learning and creativity.  For some us, a computer is an expense that we can not easily afford.  Origins of Femininity Inc. aims to provide computer scholarships to college bound students and entrepreneurs to make the process of building and creating a career or a path to self employment a successful one.   Recipients of this scholarship have displayed exemplary commitments to community service and leadership.

Help to make the road to success for women and those that Identify as women a little easier as they work to build a better life for themselves and the families and communities that depend on them.
