Our Vision is a world that does not discriminate or oppress individuals based on gender or sexual orientation.
Our Focus Improve the economic well-being and quality of life for the economically disadvantaged and impoverished women and adolescent girls of Georgia.
Building more sustainable lives for women and better communities for everyone, by providing the foundation for women and young girls to evolve into the leaders, mentors and entrepreneurs of the future.
Our organization’s primary programs and services are designed to reduce recidivism among adult and adolescent women in Georgia. Our youth mentorship program was designed to build confidence in adolescent girls to help them discover the beauty in their femininity and the strength in their potential. We realize that in order to empower women we must heal their brokenness and prepare them for the obstacles that lie ahead.
We provide:

- Essential resources (i.e., housing assistance, food, clothing, etc.)
- Career assessments, development and job-training
- Counseling and life enrichment programs
- Mentorship
- Job placement and Internship programs
Our Goal is to provide the space and tools needed for women and young girls to overcome gender biases, social oppression and the economic disadvantages that they face as women in America.
